Served with 2021 Barbera d'Alba "Carlot", Langhe

Petite Spring Lamb Chop with Rosemary and Garlic Confit

Served with a side-by-side of 2020 Barolo and 2021 Barolo

 

Fourth Course

Barolo Braised Beef over Creamy Polenta

Served with 2021Barolo Bussia

 

Fifth Course

Dark Chocolate Pots de Crème with Hazelnut Brittle
