Are you open or closed?

Cancellation Policy
The reservation is not refundable, but transferable to another person on the same date.

why have you made this business transition?
We spent many years, week after week, providing exceptional dinners. After 2020 and Covid, like many businesses, we decided to create something more suited for long-term and intentional use for ourselves and our community. We are very excited about the things to come!
can i make a reservation?
We are no longer open as a traditional restaurant. We do offer our Specialty Culinary Series, which are ticketed events rather than traditional reservations. We will announce our culinary experiences with a teaser notice, and a few days later, the tickets go live, usually on a Friday or Monday morning 7 AM. Check your email newsletter for exact dates and times of ticket sales. These sell quickly, so we suggest you are ready! The first notifications will go to our email list, so please sign up for our Newsletter to get a sneak peek, and then we will announce it to our followers on Instagram and Facebook. We do not accept reservations via phone or email. All events must be reserved and paid for through our ticketed event platform on our website.
You may sign up for our Newsletter HERE . We never sell or share your contact information.
CAN I PURCHASE A COOKBOOK?
Yes! We currently sell our cookbook in a digital format. You may purchase HERE.
do you hold private events?
YES , WE DO! Get in touch to learn more or schedule a tour.
do you accommodate dietary restrictions or non-alcoholic pairings?
Due to our small culinary team, we do not offer alternative menus for dietary restrictions unless noted on the specific event. Before purchasing a table for one of our culinary experiences, please ensure that everyone in your party has reviewed the menu to avoid any conflicts. We always offer non-alcoholic pairings, and Nancy creates these beverages excellently. These must be requested in advance during the time of ticket purchase.
For personal, corporate, and wedding events, we allow customized menus for dietary alternatives. We do not, however, offer Vegan or Kosher menus at this time.
Do you allow corkage
At this time we do not allow corkage for our Tasting Dinners. We please ask that you are respectful of this policy. We offer wines by the glass, a full cocktail bar and curated wine pairings to enhance your dining experience.
I can't find your phone number, how do i get a hold of you?

Yes, gift cards can currently be used for any of our Culinary Experiences, Workshops, and Classes. To use it online, please input the Gift Card number in the "coupon code" box. If you are having trouble, please email info@stonesoupcottage.com
Can i purchase a new gift card?
We are no longer offering Gift Cards for purchase.
what is a service charge?
In any event where food or beverage service is included, a service charge will be added, and evenly distributed to the service staff.
do you have a waitlist?
All of our events that sell out will have an option for a waitlist; however, this is not subject to cancellations, but only if an additional date or tables are added. Our ticketed events are non-refundable. Therefore, we do not keep an active waitlist for cancellations.
